Fee Structure
Individual Private Consult Fees
- Initial Appointments $197 (60 minutes)
- Review Appointments $93 (30 - 45 minutes)
- Face-to-face and Telehealth (phone or video) are available.
- Individual, couple and family consultations available.
- Home consults also available within a certain distance with an additional travel cost
Rebates for private health insurance and Medicare
- Private health insurance: you can claim back on your appointment. Item # 500 for an initial consult and item # 600 for a review consult.
- Medicare Allied Health care plan from your GP:
- 60 minute Initial Medicare consults are $131.90
- 30-45 minute Review Medicare consults are $111.90.
- Minimum $63.40 rebate refunded back to you at the appointment from the above totals.
Referrals
- No doctor referral required for private clients and we are accepting new referrals.
- If you have a Medicare GP care plan referral, this must be provided prior to or at your appointment by yourself or GP.
- DVA clients must provide a DVA referral from their GP. Office, telehealth and home consults are available.
- NDIS clients accepted who are self or plan managed. Office, telehealth and home consults are available.
Cancellation policy
Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will incur a fee unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you have any questions, please call or email.
